No refunds Policy: Our policy strictly operates on an exchange-only basis; refunds are not offered. Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or higher value.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery. Returns must adhere to specific conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Original labels and packaging must be intact.

Availability and Partial Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. Partial exchanges are not permitted for twin sets; the entire set must be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items: In case of damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for prompt assistance and resolution.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs on exchanges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
